The Microsoft® Office Specialist (MOS) program provides computer program literacy, measures proficiency, and identifies opportunities for skills enhancement in the use of desktop software. How to Become a
Microsoft® Office Specialist/Expert

 
  • Determine which Microsoft® product and level at which you wish to prove your skills. The MOS
    program offers two levels of certification, namely the Specialist and Expert levels.
    The level you choose depends on your skills and previous experience.

  • Take and pass the Microsoft® Office exams. A typical exam takes about an hour and in some cases as
    little as 30 minutes. In addition to measuring your skills, each exam also gauges your productivity and allround
